Cancellation by us

Leading From Within reserves the right to modify or cancel any event if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel, we shall inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund.

Cancellation by you

If you wish to cancel your booking/s, our cancellation policy is as follows:

· Up to three weeks prior to the event, Leading From Within will provide a full refund less a $50 processing fee per participant.

· Up to two weeks prior to the event, Leading From Within will charge 50% of the total cost less a $50 processing fee per participant.

· Up to five working days prior to the event, Leading From Within  will give no refund.

Delegate substitution is always available at no cost if you cannot attend.  Please forward us the information, in writing, of your authorized replacement.

 

All cancellations must be made in writing.
